Job summary

The Kalamazoo Wings are seeking an energetic in-arena host to deliver engaging game presentations for preseason, regular season, and playoff home games. You will serve as an on-camera personality and emcee at events, promotions, and fan interactions.

You will attend pre-game rehearsals, coordinate with the Game Operations team, and represent the organization at community and sponsor events, ensuring a professional image and strong fan connection.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and stage presence.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Comfort with live performance and crowd interaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute live game entertainment elements, including on-court promotions, fan contests, and sponsored activations as outlined in the game script and rundown.
• Attend pre-game meetings and rehearsals with the Game Operations team to support the successful execution of all game presentation elements.
• Represent the organization at community, season ticket member, and sponsor events, including emceeing appearances and potentially conducting interviews with players, coaches, and hockey operations staff.
• Host will hold themselves in a professional manner in all interactions with staff, guests, and the public, including activity across social media channels.
• Other duties as assigned.
