Job summary

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support Redstone Arsenal Utility Helicopter Program Office. The candidate will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyze interdependencies, and coordinate with IPTs and production for timely project execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.
• Develop and maintain all project schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.
• Plan, update, and track contract schedules including reviews and awards.
• Perform continual critical path risk assessments and alert IPT members and management.
• Work with Production and Fielding to develop and integrate MWOs schedules.
• Prepare information for presentations and training materials.

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking Project Scheduler area supporting Redstone Arsenal Utility Helicopter Program Office. Candidates must be highly motivated, a self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.


• Develop, update, integrate, and maintain all project schedules milestones from the Development and Modernization office into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).


• Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.


• Plan, update, and track contract schedules. This may include Systems Engineering reviews, PoPs and contract awards.


• Perform continual critical path risk assessments and alert IPT member and Product Office Management of schedule conflicts and issues.


• Work with the Production and Fielding office to Develop and integrate Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding schedules.


• Prepare information for presentations, training materials, and white papers.


• Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews for the Dev/Mod product office.

Education and General experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with a minimum of 15 years of scheduling expereince.

A strong work ethic, ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position. Candidate should also have the following:

• Experience of Army project integration, contracting and fielding


• Ability to analyze project critical path drivers


• Effective project scheduling for multi-disciplined Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)


• MS Project experience required, Primavera experience is desirable, but not required

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must be currently have a secret clearance.
