Guardian Fleet Services, including Mosby’s Towing, is seeking a Lot Attendant in Louisville, KY. The role supports impounded-vehicle operations, processes releases, maintains records, and handles payments with a focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, ability to handle difficult customers, and teamwork. A background check and drug screening are required, with the role involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to understand and apply state and local impound regulations.

• Acceptable background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log vehicles entering the impound lot.
• Accurately record vehicle information, condition, and inventory of contents.
• Safely move and park vehicles within the lot.
• Maintain organized and secure storage of all impounded vehicles.
• Greet customers and assist with vehicle release procedures in a professional manner.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide general support.
• Communicate with law enforcement, towing companies, and internal staff.
• Monitor lot security and report any suspicious activity or damage.
• Perform routine lot maintenance, including cleanliness and hazard removal.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate digital or manual records.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
