Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a Lot Attendant to help keep our tow yard organized and running smoothly. You will manage vehicle flow, assist drivers and customers, and support yard operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, reliable attendance, and teamwork, with hands‑on tasks across vehicle movement, documentation, and customer service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver vehicles of all makes and models.
• Basic understanding of vehicle controls and automotive safety.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and organize incoming vehicles from tow operators.
• Move vehicles within the yard using keys, dollies, or push‑assist as needed.
• Document vehicle condition, damages, and inventory details accurately.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases, paperwork, and escorting them to their vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely and in compliance with yard layout and security protocols.
