Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Import & Re-Export Lead US & Canada, located in West Chester or Markham Ontario. The role may include Raynham, MA involvement.

You will manage end-to-end import and re-export across the US and Canada, oversee brokers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost savings and process improvements across supply chains. This position requires 7+ years in import/export or customs, strong cross-border knowledge, and travel up to 25-30% regionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, logistics, or customs & trade.
• 7+ years in import/export operations or customs compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs and cross-border processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import, temporary import, and re-export across the US and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Lead customs programs including temporary imports, duty relief programs, duty drawback, bonded programs, and other procedures.
• Oversee customs brokers and service providers, driving performance and governance.
• Identify opportunities for duty optimization, cost savings, and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
