You will collaborate with internal teams, handle EDI transmissions per USCBP regulations, and perform data updates while maintaining timely, compliant documentation under tight deadlines. No prior experience required but attention to detail and customer service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in import/export documentation, transportation, or logistics customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manifest shipments in MSC USA systems.
• Transmit EDI files per USCBP rules and internal procedures.
• Perform manifest amendments and inform all involved parties.
• Handle communications from the department for resolution.
• Perform other duties as required.
