Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an Import Trafficking Coordinator to coordinate import trafficking functions for customer air shipments, handling data entry and document distribution. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with US customs, and timely coordination of cargo pickup and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service experience and familiarity with freight forwarder processes, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred, not required.
• 2+ years experience handling import trafficking with a freight forwarder/broker.
• 2–3 years experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer air shipments.
• Process documents in compliance with US customs requirements and arrange pickup/delivery.
• Review daily shipment monitoring reports and report non-conformances.
• Maintain data tables, assist with accounting issues, and handle RFIs/RFQs as required.
