Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and shipment details.
• Arrange and confirm space on flights and other transport.
• Complete documentation for inbound or outbound shipments.
• Process documents timely to meet deadlines.
• Track and verify key documents (HB/L, invoices).
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to release shipments.
