Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an Export Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping operations from Rockwood, TN. You will coordinate export orders, prepare documents, monitor shipments, and collaborate with freight forwarders and customer service to ensure timely global deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and learn new processes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and basic mathematical skills.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new software and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Coordinate sample shipments and provide required export documentation.
• Partner with international customer service teams and logistics providers to support timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and containers using internal and external systems.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assist with corrective actions.
• Support special projects, including freight tenders and duty drawback programs.
• Maintain accurate records and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping operations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
