Aston Carter is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day international shipments, coordinating schedules, preparing export docs, and tracking orders from release to final shipment. You will liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure on-time, compliant processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in international shipping, logistics, import/export, freight coordination, or transportation preferred.
• Experience with preparing or reviewing international shipping documentation.
• Familiarity working with freight forwarders and transportation providers.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping schedules for international orders through picking, quality control, packing, and shipment.
• Monitor, allocate, and release export orders to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Coordinate bookings and shipment details with freight forwarders.
• Prepare international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of origin, Shipper's Letters of Instruction, Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, export declarations and other required documentation.
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Track international shipments, containers, and customer orders and provide status updates.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customer service teams, and internal departments regarding pickup, transit, and delivery.
• Coordinate shipment of international samples and required documentation.
• Perform documentation and export compliance audits and assist with corrective actions.
• Support special logistics projects, including duty drawback programs and freight tenders.
• Maintain accurate shipping data and transportation instructions within internal systems.
• Assist with additional international logistics and shipping responsibilities as needed.

Job Description

• Experience with shipping, ERP, transportation, or order-management systems is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ozone, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
