Safariland Group is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to manage day-to-day compliance for U.S. locations and cross-border activity with Safariland Tijuana. You will review shipments, assign tariff numbers, and coordinate import/export filings and licenses to ensure CBP and EAR/CCL compliance.
The role requires 3–5 years in US import/export, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong knowledge of USMCA and tariff classifications. A related degree and MS AX/D365 familiarity are preferred.

Responsible for day-to-day export compliance activities for all U.S. Safariland locations, with a focus on day-to-day export and import compliance and decision-making related to border crossings between Safariland US and Safariland Tijuana, Mexico. Assist all Safariland Group locations with export compliance issues, when needed. Review orders for export compliance requirements. Obtain export licenses. Understanding of classification principles according to export regulations. Interface with internal/external customers and help resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure up-to-date compliance processes and procedures are followed.
