Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Compliance/Logistics Analyst for a North Chicago, IL-based role on-site. The position focuses on supporting import/export compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with shipment tracking and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience in trade compliance or quality, strong Excel and SharePoint skills, and a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset. Typical hours are 8AM–5PM, with a 4+ month contract term.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a compliance area such as trade compliance, regulatory, or quality, with knowledge of transactional testing (auditing).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to self-check work for completeness and accuracy.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tasks and documentation reliably.
• Ability to work in a non-exempt role with scheduled hours of 8AM - 5PM.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers with compliance activities related to import and export.
• Ensure all related documentation and recordkeeping are compliant with U.S. import & export regulations.
• Perform transactional testing (auditing) in a compliance area such as trade compliance, regulatory, or quality.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, including inbound/outbound shipment logs and filing systems.
• Assist with shipment tracking and follow-up, including logistics coordination and compliance support.
