TKK Customs Brokers Inc. in West Los Angeles is seeking an Import Clerk to join our team. This full-time position emphasizes accuracy, organization and timely filing of import documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with NETCHB is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with U.S. customs/freight forwarding experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls/messages and sending time-sensitive emails/faxes.
• Filing and organizing documents for easy retrieval.
• Intra-building document pickup and delivery.
• Generating Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
• Preparing and submitting Entry Documents and ISFs to U.S. CBP online.
• Coordinating with clients, shippers, freight forwarders and carriers.
• Supporting management with various tasks.
