You will handle inquiries, maintain process flow, and collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in Ocean Import.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to Detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Understand department process flow and look for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Import Department.
