Job summary

Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to support SIS Complete deployments for ambulatory surgery centers and hospital perioperative teams. You will be the application subject matter expert from initiation to post-activation support.

Responsibilities include configuring the application, training users, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and SIS to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare industry, ASC preferred.
• Experience with SAAS software implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application configuration and reconfigure based on needs.
• Learn and perform project management tasks through the project lifecycle.
• Train administrative and end users on SIS Complete.
