Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for implementation, support, training materials, and end-user training of the clinical information system.
• Provide problem tracking, resolution, and ongoing enhancement requests.
• Participate in system testing, workflow redesign, and change management.
• Coordinate and support ancillary and financial applications.
