About the Role:
The Implementation Traineris responsible fordelivering workflow-driven training that supports client implementations and system adoption within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role ensures effective use of internal tools, processes, and workflows by aligning training to business outcomes and operational performance. The Implementation Trainer partners with implementation, training, and operational teams to support system adoption,optimizeworkflows, and drive ongoing user effectiveness across client implementations.
