Job summary

Zyter is seeking an Implementation - Technical Manager with strong integration experience to lead enterprise software deployments across payer and provider environments. You will drive discovery to go-live, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to ensure smooth integrations with customer systems.

The role requires deep technical expertise, effective project management, and customer-facing skills to deliver implementations on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in technical implementation, systems integration, or professional services.
• 2–5 years leading technical implementation teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of AI-based implementations, REST APIs, Keycloak, Kubernetes, JSON, and web services.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong project management skills with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Manage integration workstreams, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during customer implementations.
• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with customers' IT teams to integrate with various of customer’s enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to resolve technical issues and communicate enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop implementation plans, project timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project health, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Ensure data migration and integration activities meet quality and security standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support customer go-live activities and transition projects to Customer Success or Support teams.

Job Summary

The Implementation Technical Manager – Integrations is responsible for leading the technical implementation and integration of enterprise software solutions for customers. This role manages implementation projects from discovery through go-live, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Technical Services. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience to deliver successful implementations on time and within scope.

• Strong understanding of AI and agentic AI based implementations, REST APIs, Keycloak, Kubernetes, JSON, and web services.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications
