Job summary

Elsevier Enterprise Accounts is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation, coordinating with Product, Sales, IT and Customer Success to ensure clear stakeholder communication and timely delivery.

You will help improve project processes, develop roadmaps and schedules, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a customer-focused approach and aligning work with the broader strategic goals of RELX.

Qualifications

• Have health information systems, technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management tools preferred.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence.
• Have project delivery skills. This includes accurate project planning, delivering milestone dates and managing resources effectively.
• Also communicating status effectively, managing risks and juggling multiple projects of diverse sizes and duration at once to accomplish goals in an agile working environment.
• Be able to demonstrate organization/project planning, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups and departments.
• Have experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.
• Be able to demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership and customers.

About the Role

This Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in managing projects across cross-functional teams within Elsevier Enterprise Accounts. Compensation

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300.
• Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
• If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $82,800 - $137,800.
• If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $86,700 - $144,400.
• If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $74,900 - $124,700.
• This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
