Job summary

Coastal Payroll Services, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team to onboard new clients and ensure accurate data in the isolved platform.

You will train clients, coordinate timelines with internal teams, and maintain ongoing communication on payroll, HR, and time systems. Ideal candidates have payroll knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with web-based service tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes at Federal and State level.
• Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems.

Responsibilities

• Setup of new clients in payroll, human resources, within isolved platform
• Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live
• Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams
• Perform new client training
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to answer questions related to use of web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems
• Work hours are in Pacific Time Zone

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Knowledge and experience in Payroll required
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, both at the Federal and State level
• Knowledge in customer service for mid to large size companies
• Strong phone communication skills
• Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
• isolved payroll platform beneficial
• Payroll service bureau experience beneficial
• Ability to work pacific time zone hours
