Coastal Payroll Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist III to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.

You will train clients on our web-based HCM products and provide ongoing support and issue resolution. Ideal candidates have payroll/customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a BS/BA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in payroll/customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll taxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage your portfolio of clients, ensuring timely payroll processing.
• Assist clients with training and ongoing use of web-based HCM products.
• Help clients analyze payroll reports and develop customized reporting tools.
• Handle a high volume of calls and support cases with excellent service.
• Work directly under management to deepen payroll knowledge.
