Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to ensure dealership teams successfully adopt our Service Suite solutions. The role involves delivering high-impact training and advising on best practices.
This position is remote but may require travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be adaptable, and be comfortable working independently.
Preferred qualifications include experience in an automotive service department and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems.

Implementation & Training Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring dealership teams successfully adopt Solera’s Service Suite solutions. You will deliver high‑impact, role‑based training, influence change, advise on best practices, while helping service departments confidently integrate new tools into their daily workflows.
This is a remote role. When assigned to an implementation project, travel to customer sites may be required up to 100% of the time. When not assigned, work is performed remotely from a home office.
