The Role
As a customer-facing member of the Support Team, the Implementation Specialist plays a key role as the face of DoseSpot to new customers, guiding them from post-sale through go-live. You will develop project plans, understand customer goals, and facilitate the implementation of our product. Responsibilities include training users, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth onboarding and communication with customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and contribute to overall success strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete implementation and setup for new customers
  • Interpret customer agreements to guide implementation
  • Coordinate technical integrations with the development team
  • Create documentation and training materials
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers and serve as primary contact
  • Report on project progress and ensure milestones are met
  • Manage multi-partner relationships for seamless integrations
  • Work with other departments to meet customer expectations
  • Gather feedback and facilitate customer questions or enhancements
  • Use Salesforce to track interactions and initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong service skills
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
