About The Job

The Implementation Specialist researches and understands customer requirements, develops documentation, implements data integrations, migration, and reporting solutions, and provides ongoing technical support during project implementations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop knowledge of product functionality and configurations for clients.
  2. Analyze client procurement processes and develop software configuration recommendations.
  3. Design, document, develop, and test data integrations and solutions.
  4. Translate user requirements into detailed specifications.
  5. Conduct client product testing.
  6. Provide technical support and root cause analysis.
  7. Communicate technical issues to non-technical team members.
  8. Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate risks.
  9. Apply project standards consistently.
  10. Prioritize tasks effectively.
  11. Monitor quality and escalate issues.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Profile
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology.
  • Experience working both independently and in teams.
  • Data design and analysis skills with RDBMS.
  • Exposure to web development tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • Understanding of data migration and system dependencies.
  • Experience with interfaces like APIs, ETLs, XML, flat files, transformation tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and cooperative spirit.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a business/system analyst.
  • 2+ years experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, XML.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, DBeaver is a plus.
