About The Job

The Implementation Specialist researches customer requirements, develops documentation, implements data integrations and reporting solutions, and provides technical support during project implementations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop knowledge of product functionality and configuration solutions.
  2. Analyze client procurement processes and develop software configuration recommendations.
  3. Design, document, and test data integration and transformation solutions.
  4. Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  5. Support client product testing and provide technical support.
  6. Communicate technical issues to non-technical team members.
  7. Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate risks.
  8. Apply project standards consistently.
  9. Prioritize tasks and monitor delivery quality.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Profile
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology.
  • Experience working independently and in teams.
  • Data design and analysis skills with RDBMS.
  • Exposure to web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).
  • Understanding of data migration, system dependencies, and data integrity.
  • Experience with interfaces such as APIs, ETLs, XML, and transformation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a business/system analyst.
  • 2+ years experience with SQL Server, Postgresql, and XML.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Knowledge of tools like MapForce, Jaspersoft, DBeaver is a plus.
