Job summary

EIS is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team, delivering training and support for our public safety software. You will manage multiple projects, gather requirements, and work with clients and the development team to achieve goals.

Travel may be required (10+ days at times). Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industry experience in law enforcement or software support, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent customer service and

Job Description

As a Software Implementation Consultant, Software Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment working with a team managing multiple concurrent projects. Your impact will be significant in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our software solutions. A successful candidate is highly motivated, can work independently, with minimal direction. This position requires the ability to learn the EIS suite of products and then communicate best practice use for new and established customers. Strong organizational skills will contribute to the candidates success. Experience instructing in the law enforcement, corrections environment is desirable.
