EIS is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Pennsylvania. The role involves implementing and supporting our public safety software solutions, with a focus on law enforcement domain knowledge and best practices for customers.

Job Description

As a Software Implementation Consultant, Software Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment working with a team managing multiple concurrent projects. Your impact will be significant in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our software solutions. A successful candidate is highly motivated, can work independently, with minimal direction. This position requires the ability to learn the EIS suite of products and then communicate best practice use for new and established customers. Strong organizational skills will contribute to the candidates success. Experience instructing in the law enforcement, corrections environment is desirable.
