Job summary

EIS in Kentucky is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to lead client training and ensure successful deployment of our public safety software suite. The role requires collaboration with clients and the development team, with on-going support and documentation responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in law enforcement or software support, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel and on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience, Law Enforcement or Software Support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.

Job Description

As a Software Implementation Consultant, Software Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment working with a team managing multiple concurrent projects. Your impact will be significant in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our software solutions. A successful candidate is highly motivated, can work independently, with minimal direction. This position requires the ability to learn the EIS suite of products and then communicate best practice use for new and established customers. Strong organizational skills will contribute to the candidates success. Experience instructing in the law enforcement, corrections environment is desirable.
