Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an Implementation Project Principal Specialist to lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams. The role provides technical and delivery leadership, mentors project teams and supports business growth through feasibility assessments, sizing and pre-sales activities.

You will engage senior management stakeholders, drive governance, and optimize delivery with autonomy. The position emphasizes mentoring and credible inputs to sizing and pre-sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
• Advanced communication, reporting and senior stakeholder influence.
• Strong business and product knowledge plus strong IT background.
• Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales and delivery approach decisions.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and organisational improvement contribution.

The Principal Implementation Specialist leads complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams.
