Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Enforcement Mobile software for new and existing accounts in the United States, from contract signing to transition to CSAM and Support Teams.

The role requires coordinating resources, managing budgets, and delivering on schedule with high quality. Responsibilities include developing project plans, kick-off meetings, managing scope and cost, tracking hours and revenue recognition, and communicating with clients

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as an implementation professional.
• Experience in Public Safety domain or with Enterprise Public Safety software.
• Pursue PMP certification and maintain status after certification.
• Knowledge of software life cycle and enterprise software.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; follow-through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with computers and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Strong decision making and problem solving.
• Strong analytical ability in a technical environment.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation project plan and kick off projects with clients and staff.
• Collaborate with sales to understand contract requirements and site specifics.
• Manage all aspects of software and services delivery for client projects.
• Coordinate resources to meet project needs and budget.
• Plan and track project activities; guide release planning.
• Monitor revenue recognition; report monthly status.
• Manage scope, time and cost to meet client commitments.
• Communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders; maintain quality.
• Ensure timely invoice payments; assist collections as needed.
• Travel to client sites as required.
