Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Implementation Project Manager with EGWP/Medicare experience for a 6+ month contract role with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This role is 100% remote.

Summary:

Client facing experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and related systems, specifically Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP). Strong project management experience, ability to work cross -functionally, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• manage entire client onboarding implementation project (discovery, requirements gathering, project plan creation, meeting facilitation, delivery, audit, transition, etc.)
• main point of contact for client - outward facing resource for assigned projects with direct client contact
• coordinate and conduct benefit discussions with all parties, manages internal/external efforts for creation of benefit plan requirements, specialty, formulary and networks
• monitor, track and report project status and performance to internal/external stakeholders, including issue escalation and mitigation
• work with client and internal cross functional teams to proactively identify implementation issues and drive to resolution
• ensure accuracy of benefit plan set-up and on-time deliverables
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and CMS Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWPs)
• Project management - managing complex projects with various stakeholders
• Experience in a client facing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, listening and organizational skillsreferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification
  
  

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $44.00 to $48.00/Hr.
