This role requires managing resources and deliverables within a matrix organization, ensuring alignment across multiple functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of workforce implementation projects initiated by federal agency task orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Matrix Resource Coordination: Manage resources across a matrix organization, balancing priorities among functional teams, subcontractors, and agency stakeholders.
• Task Order Execution: Interpret task order requirements, develop project plans, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and agency objectives.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with federal and contractual requirements.
