Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join the Implementation Services New Business team. You will lead onboarding of new plans, coordinate with internal and external parties, and communicate the implementation plan with milestones and success criteria.

You will guide stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure pricing, data exchanges, and contracts are aligned. This hybrid role requires strong communication and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience required
• Extensive project management experience with knowledge of retirement plans
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation
• Proficient with computer software
• Ability to analyze data, identify root cause, and provide solutions
• Proven experience handling multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solving with a solutions-oriented demeanor
• Ability to work independently within a team and make decisions
• CEBS/ASPA designation preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Consult internal/external customers on timing for implementation milestones/activities
• Analyze and communicate broader operations aspects to influence decisions across departments
• Work with Relationship Manager, Account Manager and internal partners for smooth transitions
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate with plan sponsors, sales teams, consultants, TPAs, vendors and SMEs
• Provide consultative solutions for best practices and pricing considerations
• Develop, communicate and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• Identify and resolve issues; track and report activity in real-time
• Conduct lessons learned after each implementation phase
• Contribute to plans to improve customer satisfaction and quality
• Identify out-of-scope services and escalate as needed
• Proactively manage issues and ensure necessary steps are taken
• Model Customer Service Excellence within Implementation
• Assist in identifying training needs and lessons learned
• Contribute to capital projects initiatives
