Job summary

State of Vermont seeks an Implementation Lead for Inclusive Education Systems to strengthen districts’ inclusive practices and MTSS implementation. The role focuses on statewide coordination and cross‑functional collaboration to improve learner outcomes.

The position is permanent, full‑time, located in Montpelier, with in‑state travel. Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years of change management or 8+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, organizational development, business or public administration, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Eight (8) years or more of experience in change management or organizational development that includes experience in the basic concepts of process improvement, strategic planning, organizational redesign, change management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide implementation and district support for inclusive education systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated academic, operational, and organizational support.
• Monitor progress and recommend targeted interventions to improve district performance.
• Facilitate implementation planning, coaching, and continuous quality improvement.
