Job summary

The Vermont Agency of Education is seeking an Implementation Lead for Data & Continuous Improvement. This role will guide statewide analytics, district support, and quality improvement efforts.

You will lead data reviews, facilitate continuous improvement cycles, and coordinate cross-functional guidance across academics, strategy, and operations to strengthen district outcomes. Travel within-state to support districts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, organizational development, business or public administration, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Four years or more of experience in change management or organizational development with process improvement, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
• Alternatively, eight years or more of experience in change management or organizational development with the same core concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide implementation and district support for education transformation and quality improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional guidance across Academics, Strategy & Accountability, Finance & Operations, and Special Education.
• Facilitate data reviews, district turnaround efforts, and capacity building to use evidence for improvement.
• Oversee Quality and Improvement Reviews and manage the Early Warning Indicator System.
• Translate statewide priorities into effective local implementation and monitor progress.
