The Vermont Agency of Education is seeking an Implementation Lead for Data & Continuous Improvement to drive data-informed decisions, support school turnaround, and build district capacity for evidence-based improvement. • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, organizational development, business or public administration, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Four (4) years or more of experience in change management or organizational development including process improvement, strategic planning, organizational redesign, change management, and performance analysis.
• Eight (8) years or more of experience in change management or organizational development including process improvement, strategic planning, organizational redesign, change management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate data reviews and strengthen district decision-making and CI.
• Coordinate cross-functional support to align instructional practices and district systems.
• Monitor implementation progress and recommend targeted interventions to improve district/school performance.
• Translate statewide priorities into effective local implementation.
