Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial SaaS, FinTech or RegTech company.
• A track record of managing multiple simultaneous complex implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

• Ensure consistent client experience by managing implementations from start to finish.
• Create bespoke implementation plans based on client needs.
• Guide clients through technical requirements for setup.
