Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide real-time inbound/outbound support and direction to Field Engineers/Customers/Partners and 3rd Party Vendors for the installation of Fusion’s Products and Services.
• Support Project Managers with technical consultations and solution validation for SDWAN, VoIP, Cloud, Managed Security, and Wireless products.
• Participate in project calls to help capture advanced technical requirements for service configuration, and implementation project planning.
• Responsible for configuration and diagnostics of the full suite of products and equipment that Fusion supports including: Meraki, Velo, Fortigate, EdgeMarc, Adtran, Cisco, Polycom, BroadSoft, etc.
• Responsible for service and device provisioning.
• Assist with diagnostics and support for wide range of access products including Ethernet, T1, DSL, Cable, and Wireless broadband.
• Partner with Engineering to help design and test solutions to problems and bugs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of VoIP (Hosted and Trunking), SD-WAN/MPLS, and Managed Security
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex network designs.
• Ability to run scripts in C shell in a Unix environment.
• Adept at working under pressure in a high stress environment.
• Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with self-initiative and pride in end results
• Superb work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts ranging from 7am ET to 6pm PT, and on-call rotations for nights and weekends.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, certifications, or training
• 3+ years of related experience required
