Job summary

Kforce Inc in the United States is seeking an implementation specialist to support, administer, and maintain software applications, including enhancements to existing systems.

You will lead disaster recovery exercises, develop WMS configurations, and coordinate with IT, operations and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and diagnostics.
• Ability to interpret logs and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience with incident management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
• Experience with Blue Yonder solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, support, administration, and maintenance of software applications, including enhancements to existing systems.
• Provides documentation and training for supported applications as needed.
• Participates in and may lead disaster recovery exercises.
• Performs application development tasks for root cause resolution while adhering to established development standards.
• Attends status meetings and regularly communicates progress on support activities.
• Supports WMS and related solutions, facilitates CAB meetings across departments, and contributes to release management.
• Develops new solutions to improve team performance and customer outcomes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed WMS system designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications for WMS implementations.
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
• Serve as an internal technical expert, partnering with product teams during setup and design phases to ensure standardization and best practices.
• Provide configuration and design recommendations that align with enterprise standards.
• Support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Centiro SaaS-based solutions, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support multiple Windows and Linux server-based peripheral systems and SaaS-based peripherals.

• Provides documentation and training for supported applications as needed
• Participates in and may lead disaster recovery exercises
• Performs application development tasks for root cause resolution while adhering to established development standards
• Attends status meetings and regularly communicates progress on support activities
• Supports software installation for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related solutions, facilitates Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings across multiple departments, and contributes to release management activities
• Develops new solutions to improve team performance and customer outcomes
• Participate in SIPOC exercises and business requirements gathering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed WMS system designs and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications for WMS implementations
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams
• Serve as an internal technical expert, partnering with product teams during setup and design phases to ensure standardization and best practices
• Provide configuration and design recommendations that align with enterprise standards
• Support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Warehouse Management System
• Support Centiro SaaS-based transportation and carrier management system, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of outbound shipping workflows
• Support multiple Windows and Linux server-based peripheral systems
• Manage and support multiple SaaS-based peripheral solutions

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
