Job summary

Steamboat Group seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations for new products and services in a hybrid Kennesaw, GA setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and align client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role offers progression through three levels (I–III) with increasing responsibility, guidance, and exposure to insurance tracking, lender-placed insurance, and mortgage servicing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level position requires guidance to develop knowledge and skills; initiative and critical thinking are key.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and coordinate project activities.
• Understand client needs and services to be provided.
• Validate system setup and configurations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document requirements and update project tracking tools.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Support sales processes with presentations and process overviews.
