• 4+ years of software implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or professional services experience.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise software platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, EHR/EMR systems, or similar business‑critical applications.
• Experience managing implementations for mid-market or enterprise organizations with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations from post‑sale kickoff through go‑live, stabilization, and client handoff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across operations, finance, compliance, customer service, warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions and configure software solutions to align with client business processes and operational goals.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Deliver user training, support change management initiatives, and drive successful user adoption across departments.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to communicate client feedback, enhancement requests, and implementation challenges.
• Identify operational gaps and expansion opportunities during implementation, partnering with Account Managers to support account growth initiatives.

This individual will lead enterprise software implementations for mid-to-large-sized pharmacy clients, ensuring successful onboarding, system deployment, workflow optimization, and post-launch adoption. The ideal candidate brings experience implementing complex business‑critical software platforms, managing cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving organizational change across multiple business units. This role will partner closely with client leadership teams, operations stakeholders, product teams, customer success, and sales teams to ensure successful software adoption and long‑term client success.
