Position Summary Supports new and existing clients in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing utilization of purchased benefits administration software. Serves as a trusted consultant throughout the onboarding process by gathering business requirements, configuring system settings, coordinating implementation activities, conducting testing, providing end- user training, and ensuring a seamless transition to production. Partners with clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize system functionality, recommend best practices, and drive successful adoption of software solutions to meet business and benefits administration objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 35 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits technology, implementation consulting, account management, or a related client-facing role. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established timelines and deliverables. Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, document business processes, and provide consultative solutions. Experience conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and validating data accuracy. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, FSA, HSA, and retirement plans. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes. Verbal Communication: Lead planning sessions and team meetings. Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers. Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments.
