What You'll Do

The Implementation Consultant will be a key customer-facing resource responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable Workforce Management solutions. This includes managing the full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, documentation, configuration, integration, training, and testing. Ideal traits include being self-motivated, organized, flexible, articulate, confident, professional, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement workforce management solutions using the Indeavor suite of products
• Analyze and document requirements through process flows, use cases, and testing scenarios
• Ensure solutions are scalable, consistent, and supportable across enterprise footprints
• Lead system integration design and deployment for enterprise connectivity
• Design and deliver end-user training and testing programs
• Manage issues with customer stakeholders
• Support enterprise integrations and project management independently
• Drive organizational change management initiatives to promote adoption
• Communicate complex scenarios clearly to high-level stakeholders
• Optimize business processes through re-engineering
• Contribute to successful implementations and ensure customer satisfaction
