Position: CSDO Consultant

Location: Anywhere in the USA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be CSOD implementation certified with a strong track record of successful end-to-end implementations across multiple modules. This role requires deep functional knowledge and client interaction for solution design and implementation, not an admin role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support CSOD module implementations, including Learning, Performance, Succession, LxP (Learning Experience Platform), Talent Link, MyGuide, and Talent Marketplace.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and provide training and support.
• Conduct at least 1–2 system integrations with third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• CSOD Implementation Certification (in one or more modules).
• Minimum [X] years of experience in implementing and configuring CSOD.
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
• Experience with 1–2 system integrations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications or hands-on experience with multiple CSOD modules.
• Experience with legacy LMS platforms like Saba or SumTotal is a plus.
• Exposure to talent management best practices.
