Join to apply for the Finance Implementation Consultant - US based (OTE $80,000/year USD), Sparkrock role at Sparkrock.

We are seeking an experienced implementation consultant to configure, test, train, and implement finance solutions using our "Sparkrock Factory" methodology, focusing on areas like G/L, A/P, A/R, or Inventory. You will work closely with a global team to help nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies transition to our integrated ERP system, making their processes more seamless and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

• Learn the SR365 Finance solution
• Implement Finance modules for our clients
• Configure client environments based on your expertise
• Act as a trusted advisor and train clients
• Support clients through the implementation process
• Ensure successful system changeover
• Manage multiple projects proactively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of finance implementation experience
• Strong understanding of complex accounting/finance concepts
• Experience interacting with senior management
• Proven SDLC experience during implementations
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft NAV, BC, Sparkrock 365
• CPA, CA/CMA/CGA certifications
• Microsoft Certification in BC
