Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Operations role focused on supporting client implementations with emphasis on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes and identify opportunities for additional services.

You will onboard client data, drive projects to completion, and ensure go-live dates are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of Payroll experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and priorities effectively.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Clear client communication and customer service.

Responsibilities
