Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Training & Implementation Consultant to analyze client operations, re-engineer workflows, and lead end-to-end TruckMate software implementations.

You will partner with client leadership to deliver transformative solutions that enhance efficiency and safety across complex transportation networks. You will conduct training, manage data conversions and go-live activities, and collaborate with Trimble project teams to maintain clear schedules and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software for external clients.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate needs into software configurations.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional prioritization and project ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups.
• Conduct business process assessments and deliver comprehensive training to help external clients optimize enterprise operations.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of client transformation, directly analyzing complex enterprise operations to re-engineer workflows and implement sophisticated TMS software solutions. Essential Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.

Bonus Points For

• Direct experience with TruckMate systems or enterprise transportation management software.
• Practical operational or administrative experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows.
