Labsoft is seeking a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our team and support implementation projects from requirements through training. You will map processes, configure systems, and validate extensions while engaging with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and clear communication. Strong Excel, English, and collaborative skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory routines and processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good presentation and training skills for user training.
• Proactive and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with mapping and documenting processes.
• Configure systems using client or internal information.
• Set up client testing and production environments.
• Validate and deploy extensions within the client environment.
• Prepare and conduct client training sessions.
• Provide support to clients and internal staff with guidance.
• Improve implementation processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams for successful execution.
