Desort in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Dentist to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care for adults, focusing on extractions, implants, and removable/fixed solutions. The practice offers on-site lab support, advanced diagnostics, and hands-on mentorship.

The role welcomes experienced providers and those seeking to advance surgical and implant skills, with a weekday schedule and a collaborative team environment across dentists, lab staff, and clinicians.

Formación

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current or eligible dental license to practice
• Implant experience preferred but not required
• Surgical experience, particularly with complex cases, highly preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication
• Compassionate, caring approach to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, laboratory personnel, and other clinical team members
• Commitment to continued clinical learning and professional development

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients on oral health and available treatment options
• Consult with patients, perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide extraction and surgical dental services, including complex cases as appropriate
• Provide removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions
• Assist with the planning and delivery of dentures, partials, implants, and related prosthetic services
• Collaborate closely with laboratory personnel in the design and fabrication of dentures and partials
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with strong chairside communication
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional standards
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
