Desort in Indianapolis, IN seeks a General Dentist to deliver comprehensive adult tooth replacement and restorative care, including implants and removable prosthetics. The role offers on-site lab support and hands-on mentorship to develop surgical skills.

Both experienced dentists and those seeking to advance implant competence are encouraged to apply. Expect a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current license to practice dentistry.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Consult with patients, perform exams, diagnose, and plan treatments.
• Provide extraction and surgical dental services, including complex cases.
• Deliver removable, fixed, and implant-supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with dentures, partials, implants, and prosthetic services.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel on dentures and partials.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with clear chairside communication.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to standards.
• Stay current with dentistry developments through CE.
